Rory? Curled up in the back with a cup of decaf coffee (she felt so blasphemous, omg) and was happily doped up on just enough benadryl to breathe through her nose and just enough ibuprofen to keep everything ache-free.

She was idly looking at something online, though it's entirely possible that it was not anything paper-related. Bad Rory.

"That's fine and so am I," Rory replied. "Just a little concussion and stuff, and they let me out of the clinic even though I look horrible so calm down."

"Is there anything I can do?" Peter asked. He of course meant, "Is there anyone I should knock out and leave for school officials to tear apart?" You had to read between the fairly obvious lines for that, though.
