Dueling Club, Tuesday, Danger Shop, 5:00 PM

Today the Danger shop is set up to resemble a small hedge maze.

Completely and absolutely harmless hedge maze.

Except for the parachuting snakes who are spiting peanuts at everyone.

Today's club meeting would be an exercises which tested each person's skill in snake avoidance.

The goals were simple, use what skills you may to stop the snakes from landing on the ground while avoiding their deadly peanuty weaponry.

Make it to the end of the maze and win a prize.

[ooc: much thanks for the snakes goes to importantman and the peanuts to krycek_rat. ETA: It totally always said 'tested'. Shhhh. ETA II: FRAK! Am getting parentnapped. Will be back later.]

It requires quite a lot of studying and practise, and in some cases much more." Luna continued to smile. Because she's a Luna and that's what they do. "You are lucky to have it come so easy and not have splinched yourself."

She took her hands from behind her and handed Chris a large scarlet and gold gift-certificate for Wonka's Sweets Shoppe, redeemable anytime even handwavily so. Then she oh so helpfully added, "splinch is to do as you did, but not arrive whole."

Chris may have looked concerned as he took the items from Luna. "Um, well, what I did is called orbing and it's a power I inherited from my father. I also have the power of telekinesis, but I really don't have control over either of them yet."

"No worries on the splinching then." She tilted her head to the side, "do you not have a place of learning for such things where you are from?"

She couldn't be like other people and simply ask if he'd gone to a school for magical instruction.

"Nope," Chris said because he doesn't know any better. "My grandpa sent me and Wyatt here in hopes that we could learn more about our powers."
