Dead zombies litter the ground (at the library -- yes, still)

The first wave seems to have subsided. Methos lowers his sword so the tip is touching the ground. Bloody streaks down the outside of his sweater.

Small puddles of flame flare here and there mark charred zombie bodies.

John steadies Elizabeth as Janet examines her. "See, I think Janet's in a good mood so she won't even be breaking out the big needles. What luck."

"We should find the most expensive therapists in the country, who charge by the hour, and just continually keep going to them for no reason whatsoever."

Elizabeth bites her lip. "If said big needles were connected to vials with good drugs, I'd welcome them tonight.

"And that sounds like a good plan. As long as his name isn't MacKenzie"

John, noticing that Charlie's arrived, smiles slightly. "You all right then? Charlie's here and I kind of stink. I just wanted to make sure you were all right."

She manages a tired smile. "I am. Thank you, John." She looks across the room. "Ah, do you mind checking on Cally for me? She didn't want to do this really..."
