Dead zombies litter the ground (at the library -- yes, still)

The first wave seems to have subsided. Methos lowers his sword so the tip is touching the ground. Bloody streaks down the outside of his sweater.

Small puddles of flame flare here and there mark charred zombie bodies.

"Cam really loves you Yep, library's the place. Never thought I'd be sleeping in a place with so many books, some aliens, and dead zombies. I swear, I'm dreaming." John yawns, exhausted.

"My heart belongs to Cam forever. There's a distinct fragrance to the place. It almost reminds me of being back on the Justinian," remarks Archie dryly, settling down and getting as comfortable as he can on the floor.

Kawalsky stops by and pats Archie and Crichton on the shoulder. "You guys did good." He hands over some MREs he had stashed away in his vest. "It's food. Doesn't taste too good, but it's food."

"Thanks, Charlie. I appreciated your help out there. Good soldier man, you're good." John accepts the MRE and starts to eat.

Kawalsky grins tiredly. "Any time, man. Figure the past life has to be good for something."
