The mats were back down on the floor in gym class, with Yondaime sitting at the front by a chalkboard with the words Capoeria written on it and a television. Yondaime grinned at everyone as they came in and handed out packets as they came in.

"Good Morning everyone, I hope that you all had a good break. This morning we’re going to start our section on a martial art from Brazil called Capoeria. Now this is truly more of an art than a fighting style, involving music, passion, more discipline and control than I’ve seen in any other fighting style."

Yondaime paused and picked up a packet for him to glance at as a reference as he talked. "Capoeria uses some of the tactics we used previously in jujutsu, mainly only the strikes. However, unlike jujutsu, in Capoeria you never actually hit your opponent," he smirked wondering how likely that was to happen though in this class. "Capoeria is very ritualized, spiritual and played more like a game than a fight. True, you have your attacks and defenses, but they are more to intimidate and confuse than to hurt. The point of the game is to make a move so that your opponent can respond; you want to make them respond incorrectly. Fighters are encouraged to talk to each other to try and throw their opponents off more." Yondaime didn’t go into how a person actually won, they didn’t quite cover that in any of the materials he read, so he just assumed that it stopped with both fighters were tired, or the music ended.

"Now because this style of fighting is much more complicated than it seems we’re going to spend the class today watching a video and going over the hand out before starting to actually practice this next week."

Talk, ask questions... uhhh stuff!

Talk during the video, be captivated and junk. Actual video coming after I get off of work, because work blocks the one I wanted to get to.

Gwynn tried paying attention, but the events of her vist home were weighing heavily on her mind.

Kyo was too tired and stuffed up watch. If he wasn't sneezing or coughing, he was falling asleep standing up.

"Kyou? Do you need to be excused?"

He's there, and seeming more pleased with himself than normal.

He has his reasons, thank you very much. Don't mind the smug smile and occasional glances at Yondaime.

Or the ocassional suspicious and confused glances Yondaime threw back at his o' so smug TA.

Kabuto caught his eyes one of the times and smiled brightly. "Yes?"

Yondaime shook his head. "Nothing, you just look like you had a... refreshing break."

"You could say that," Kabuto replied with a smirk. "And you could also say that you're lucky; he's too busy to bother with you right now."

Yondaime frowned deeply at Kabuto. "He wouldn't dare come here....."

"You're mistaken there," Kabuto replied, adjusting his gloves. "He would dare. He's busy with Sasuke at the current time, however..." The silver-haired ninja smirked. "Should the opportunity arise..."

Yondaime looked away quickly. "I don't believe you. He'd be too bored here, there's nothing for him to do."

"..." Kabuto gave him a flat, disbelieving stare. "...Wait. You seriously believe that? You're even more brainless than I thought." He sighed, speaking as if explaining to a small, slow child. "Think about where we are, and the type of people who are here. And then think of Lord Orochimaru's goals. Now think about what you said, and realize how wrong you are."

So he was the eternal optimist....

"You think people around here would let Orochimaru get away with his sick experiments?" Yondaime scoffed with as much disbeleif as Kabuto had.

Kabuto's smirk didn't falter. "You think they care, so long as nobody complains or disappears?" He pushed his glasses up. "They've yet to tell me to stop, for example."

Yondaime frowned more, not sure if the TA was telling the truth, just trying to get him to react or both. He wouldn't put any of the options past him. "You think that Orochimaru would be able to resist some of the students here? Perhaps he'd find someone better than you at serving him."

With Kabuto, it was impossible to be sure. He smiled, shrugging slightly. "If that happens to be the case, I would be willing to step down and allow them to take my place. My Lord Orochimaru keeps only the best."

Again, he's obviously there and pleased with the new subject.

Ugh, I really need naked Monday today.

We have the big CEO's walking around work today, so don't expect to really see me until I get home.
