Detention, Saturday, February 24

As the students entered the Danger Shop, they noticed that they were on a rooftop with The Tick standing at the edge of the roof overlooking the cityscape. He held a clipboard in one hand.

When everyone had shown up, he turned around and smiled. "Good morning, detentioned students! I am The Tick and I shall be your detention instructor today! Today I'll be showing you the ins and outs of Wrong. You see this city? It's based on The City, my Home Away From Fandom! The City is known for many things. Good diners. Science that is both mad and beneficial. And the never-ending struggle between good and evil, all dressed up in tights! Since you're here, it's assumed that you may be branching out to the evil side of that struggle, so I'm going to show you first-hand that crime doesn't pay!"

"You'll be undergoing a series of simulations as the villain. When you try to do your dastardly deeds, a random hero of The City will come out to thwart you! Don't take these thwartings personally, though. It's our job. The superhero is the Telemarketer of Justice and villains are sitting at home, not expecting to be bothered, but bothered they are because their home is a robot that's destroying a bank and then a call comes asking if you'd like to order some law! And the villain says no, but after some stuggle he's convinced to do so! The only difference here is that instead of better rates on their phone bill or weekdays AND Sundays for newspaper delivery, they just purchased a stay in prison."

"There are some costumes in a box there if you really want to get into the whole theme, but they're optional and completely school appropriate."

[OOC: Sorry for getting it up a little later than intended. Writer's block followed by icon making = slight delay. I'll be around all day. Playing 17 NPCs. *sighs at self*

Information on the heroes can be found here and a videoclip with some of them is here!

For the record, I know there are people who will be signing in late in the day. I am totally cool with that. I never want to stop playing this detention until my brain explodes, so I'm good to play it out however long it takes. :D]

She covered her head with her hands to keep most the the dust out of her hair, before getting back up to her feet. She focused on her right palm, and the Heart of Candracar floated out to sit on top of it. The Heart let out its usual pink glow.

"You may be strong, Baby Boomerangutuang, although you seriously need a make over and rename but I still have the power to destroy the city with a single thought! And hand over the money, and no one shall be hurt!"

Totally bluffing because no one ever gets killed in Disney comics Guardians weren't allowed to do that, she she hoped that it still looked impressive enough.

This time, she focused on the Heart, and created a barrier of pink energy between her and doll boy. The toy bounced off the energy shield.

"So," she said, turning her head partways back towards the teller, "you might want to start packing that cash up."

"Not very much. Er, ... Fool! You have angered me!" Will couldn't do much with the Heart without fully transforming -- a couple protective shields, a lot of flashing light, all the talking to machines she could stand -- so she decided to do something unexpected to Baby Boomerangutuang.

She tried to kick him in the shins with her evil stompy boot.

"Um, seemed like an evil thing to do?" She grabbed the bag of money from his doll, and started running like the dickens for the door. "I'm sooooorry!" she yelled back.
