"STICKBUGS RULE! MEERKATS DROOL!"

And after a moments...

"I WANT PIE!"

This is followed by snickering, feedback and then the PA shutting off again.

Buffy glared at the air. "If I didn't need you for the competition, you'd be so dead right now!" And then she realized she was yelling at the air, looked around sheepishly and quickly moved to be somewhere else.
