The danger shop was set up as normal, with Abby perched on a lab table watching as the students entered. "I will pay anyone cash money for video footage of my fellow teachers being all cute and tiny."

"I was really impressed with how everyone did last week. This week we're back to learning some forensic techniques." Abby turned on the overhead and started talking about testing items for drug residue. "We've done food toxicology before but a lot of people die from exposure to drugs that they didn't ingest. I've seen drugs that were smoked, drugs that were on fabric and drugs sprayed into the face. You'll have to check for everything."

"Let's get to the crime scene." Abby said, moving to open the door. "Our dead guy was found in a hotel room, surrounding by what looks to be the remains of a very fun night. The reporting parties were 3 women who are being held for questioning."

The door led to a very cheesy hotel room, complete with red furnishings, mirrors and a large circular bed where a dead Dick Casblancas lay, shirtless and covered up to his waist by red silk sheets. Abby rolled her eyes at how low Dick had pushed the sheet and pointed to her students. "Go find the bad guy!"

"Heart attack." says Dick. "Cut down in my prime."

"Sad," Mac deadpanned, glancing around the room. Yeah, because this lifestyle was a really healthy choice, likely to give you a long and fruitful life. "Anything else wrong with you?"

"Just your standard orgy-related injuries. Hickeys, rug burn, love bites." says Dick. "And I smell like strawberries which is not my preferred scent. I'm more of a coconut lime guy when it comes down to it."

And now, she was never going to be able look at coconut and lime scented things in the same way again.

"Okay, then," Mac said slowly. "Did you touch anything?" She kind of regretted the phrasing of that question as it left her mouth. She really was asking for a TMI kind of response with that.

"I touched a lot of things. A lot of things touched me too, now that you mention it." says Dick, giggling. "You can go ahead and swab me. Just be gentle. I've been through a lot. And I also died."

Mac did her very best not to think about all the touching. She really didn't want to know... Really.

She pulled out a swab. "Hope you're not ticklish," she said right before running it carefully along his side a couple of times.

Dick stifled a laugh and wriggled around a little. Nope. Not ticklish at all. He wasn't a very good dead person.

Mac clicked the cover over the end of the swab and smirked at Dick. "Great, now tell me about your stomach contents."

Dick did his best to regain composure. "Um, I've got a bit of strawberries, whipped cream and of course champagne. I'm classy like that."

Mac eyed the cheesy mirrored and red-sheeted hotel room again. "Classy?" she queried. "Huh."

She finished off making her notes. Then smiled at Dick. "Anything else you want to say?"

"I regret nothing!" he says, putting his fist up in the air. "...other than that, no."

Mac gave him a look. Fist raising, very characteristing of dead people, of course.

"Okay then," she said. "Enjoy the rest of your death."

"I will. Try not to miss me too much." he says.

At that, Mac rolled her eyes and wandered off to pick up samples from the rest of the hotel room.
