Extraterrestrial Civilizations - Class 5 [2/7, Period 4]

"Good afternoon," Ellie greeted the class. "Today's guest is decidedly less fuzzy than last week." She couldn't help but give the woman waiting to speak a slightly nervous glance; something about her just seemed off. "Please give your attention to Diana of Saurus."

[Still in floral hell. Send help. Send booze. Pings may be slow. Also, LJ is hoarding some notifications, I've noticed. *smacks it*]

"We have depleted the nutrients in our soil," Diana explained. "But the reasons why aren't important. What's important is the knowledge we can offer you, isn't it?"

"Not if the knowledge you're going to give us lands us in the same boat you're in. I mean, it's not very bright to destroy your own ecosystem so totally you have to go to a planet that's in the throes of global warming for help, is it?" Z asked her.

Diana glared at Z. Possibly imagining having her for dinner. "It's up to you how you use the knowledge," she said tightly.
multiplez: (Are you for real?)

"Then we're so screwed."
