The music plays, the light show is even more fabulous than last week and Lorne leaps onto the stage to the delight of canned applause.

"Welcome to Music is Love! And despite the similarities I am not Randy Jackson. Dog. I am LORNE!"

More canned cheers.

"Thank you! Thank you! You're too kind. Today our theme is Punk Bubblegum in honor of our guests: Skank Zero Hopeless-Savage and Hannah Montana!"

Lorne settles down at the judges table, "C'mon kids. Show Fandom what you got."

Miley waited until the performances were done and class was over before coming up to Lorne. "I think we need to talk."

"Shh!" Miley looked around for squirrels nervously. "How did you know?"

"When you sing I can read your aura and learn your history, background and glimpse a little bit into your future. So your first song here pretty much screamed about you living a double life and seeking a refuge from the fame," Lorne explained. "Plus I own all your albums."

"Oh. You're a fan? Thanks, remind me and I'll sign something for you." Miley muttered, trying to wrap her head around the idea of aura reading. "That's...totally cool, you can do that with anyone who sings?"

"Pretty much anyone," Lorne explained. "There are some people, demons, creatures, etc. who can block me from reading them but for the most part their lives are an open book when they start hitting the mike."

"So when you heard me sing you knew that I was Hannah? That's..." Miley stopped. "You're not going to tell anyone, are you? If people found out things would get all crazy."

"Oh hon, I know all about the life," Lorne said waving his hand as though he was waving aware her concern. "You're secret is totally safe with me. Be careful around here though, there are people who can pick up on your thoughts and learn the truth about you."

"Great." Miley rolled her eyes. "I had enough of a problem trying to find closet space for two whole wardrobes, now I have to figure out a way to shield my thoughts?"

"Thanks for not telling. I really appreciate that."

"The easiest way? Is not to think about your other life too strongly," Lorne suggested. "Unless a telepath or psychic is doing a full scan on your mind they aren't going to pick up idle thoughts. You should be fine then," Lorne replied as he picked up his belongings to head out. "And no worries. You're secret is safe with me."

She grabbed up her things, intent on finding the nearest bathroom so she could switch clothes and shed the wig.
