Today the class room is set up with gas stoves on each desk. The desks also have frying pans, spatulas in every version possible, small sharp knives and a cutting board. There's also a collection of food, just in case you were in doubt of what today's lesson is all about. About 36 eggs, chili, bacon, tomatos, olive oil, butter, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, sausages, cheese, ham, pineapple, oranges and nacho chips.

Emma is standing in front of her desk. It looks a little like all she's wearing is a white apron. On either side of her are boxes. One is full of aprons, the other has recipe boxes.

"Good morning, students. Today we are going to make omelettes," Emma says, determined. She gestures towards the boxes. "Pick yourself an apron and a recipe box. You will use those today and then you will place them in the boxes you decorated last week."

As the students walk past her, she hands out a piece of paper.

"Cereal is really good though. I could eat cereal all the time. Just add milk. Easy and no mess."

She pointed at his skillet. "So you got your omellete made yet?"

"Not yet." He was in fact adding the oil and heating up the pan before adding the eggs. "Doesn't take too long though. Eggs cook fast." He grinned. "An important benefit when you have a little brother whining for breakfast."

Annette nodded and then glanced down at the mess that was at her desk.

"I want a good grade. I really do." She looked back over at Dean and what he was doing. "This is difficult. I never would have thought home ec difficult. Especially with a teacher who wears next to nothing." She shrugged. "I bet your little brother loved your eggs."

"He did. When he wasn't whining that he wanted something else," Dean said with a smirk.

She snorted. "Feed him eggs a lot, did ya?"
