Today the class room is set up with gas stoves on each desk. The desks also have frying pans, spatulas in every version possible, small sharp knives and a cutting board. There's also a collection of food, just in case you were in doubt of what today's lesson is all about. About 36 eggs, chili, bacon, tomatos, olive oil, butter, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, sausages, cheese, ham, pineapple, oranges and nacho chips.

Emma is standing in front of her desk. It looks a little like all she's wearing is a white apron. On either side of her are boxes. One is full of aprons, the other has recipe boxes.

"Good morning, students. Today we are going to make omelettes," Emma says, determined. She gestures towards the boxes. "Pick yourself an apron and a recipe box. You will use those today and then you will place them in the boxes you decorated last week."

As the students walk past her, she hands out a piece of paper.

"We should probably start by cutting up whatever you want to add to it," Cameron said, deciding to go with a ham & cheese omelette instead. "How are you doing?" he asked as he busied himself gathering the ingredients.

"No pineapples," John said randomly and reached for something to cut. "I'm doing all right. Adjusting to classes again."

"I think I haven't recovered from the holidays yet," Cameron remarked. "It's like they happened and I never really realised it. I still owe you your chrismtas present, by the way."

"Yay present," John said before grabbing a block of cheese. "I was kinda scarce around Christmas. Lots of stuff happening."

"Same here," Cameron started cutting up the ham. "I managed to miss a whole lot of people in LA. And this month doesn't seem to be improving."

"Too much to do, not nearly enough time," John muttered.

"Something like that," Cameron glanced at John. "Graduation jitters?"

"Oh hell no," John said. "I want that ceremony and I want it right now."

Cameron grinned. "I know the feeling. Have you figured out for sure where you're going?"

"MIT," he said. "Cambridge."

"Nice. With the freaky smart people," he smirked and then realised he'd been a bit too happy cutting up the ham.
