As the students enter the classroom, they might notice the large number of motivational posters with large slash marks on them.

(Teach those damn kittens to keep hanging in there.)

And they might also notice the man in the red and black outfit, leaning back in his chair with his feet propped up on the desk. He waited until all of the students were in the room before speaking.

"Good morning boys and girls! Welcome to Driver's Education," He said. "My name is Deadpool, call me that or Professor Wilson if you really feel the need to get all formal. Or Professor Deadpool. Oooo! I like that better. Call me Professor Deadpool."

He stood, passing out a syllabus to all of the students before moving back to his desk, leaning against the front of it. "I don't feel like teaching you kids anything today because it's the first class of the semester and nobody ever pays attention to those," Wade said. "Instead, I'm going to learn who all of you are. Unfortunately, not all of us teachers are telepaths and can just yank that information out of your fragile little minds. So I am going to have you all pick a partner, talk with them, and then tell me an interesting or insanely personal fact about 'em!"

At the end of class, just as everyone was filing out, Wade paused. "Oh yeah, my office hours are all day tomorrow. My empty, empty office is always open for your angsty teen drama needs."

"Yes!" Buffy smiled brightly at him. "Will you join me?"

"Glad to," Cedric said. "I'm Cedric."

"I'm Buffy." Buffy tried to think of something interesting about herself. "I'm, uh, the Cheerleader captain?"

"Is that a sport?" Cedric asked. "I ride a broom. Seriously."

Buffy stared at him. "Are you joking? Not about the broom, I can believe the broom, I mean about the cheerleading thing?"

"I'm not exactly from a place that has this cheerleading thing," he admitted. "It sounds quite interesting though."

Buffy spent the next five minutes telling Cedric all about the awesomeness of cheerleading. "---And we are having try-outs this weekend! You should totally come watch!"

"That sounds fun," Cedric said. "I might stop by and see what cheerleading is all about."

Buffy nodded eagerly. "You really should!" She adopted a listening pose. "So what's this broom riding all about?"

"I'm a wizard in training," Cedric said. "I ride a broom and use a wand."

"And you don't mean that like a euphemism, right?" Buffy asked, just to make sure.

"No, though you're not the first to think that," Cedric said, laughing.

Buffy grinned. "Oh good! So can you do magic and stuff then?"

"I can," he said. "I'm not the most powerful but I can hold my own."

"That's pretty cool," Buffy decided. She gave Cedric a hopeful look. "Can you do some magic now?"

"I can't as I don't have my wand with," he said apologetically.

"Awwww." Buffy pouted.

"I'm sorry," Cedric said. "I'll bring it next time."

Buffy smiled happily.
