There was a platter of yummy holiday cookies waiting for the students as they filed in today along with an array of warm drinks and a packet of stapled together paper for everyone to pick up when they signed in.

Wilson was sitting behind the desk, elbow on the arm of the chair, chin propped in his palm, looking a bit pensive though he smiled at the students as they settled into their chairs. There was, one small frown when he didn’t see Lana in the class but he quickly filed that away for later contemplation.

“Good afternoon.” He began, standing up and walking around to the front of the class.

“Well, this is our last class before finals and I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for a very enjoyable semester. It was great fun teaching you guys and a wonderful time going to Vegas with you. Thank you.”

Picking up the packet of paper he’d had everyone take on their way in, Wilson flipped to the first page.

“Today is going to be a review of all the material we’ve gone over and a chance for you all to ask any questions you might have regarding the final. Also at the end of class, please turn in your projects.”

“Okay, let’s start with, week one.”

Sliding away from the desk, Wilson began to go over the various class materials from the previous weeks.

“Additionally there will be an essay question based on the trip to Vegas so I suggest reviewing any notes you took while you saw the shows.”

Sliding up onto the front of the desk, Wilson smiled at the class and asked. “Questions?”

Conner nodded, which, let's be frank (or whoever you prefer), looked silly in the helmet. "Yeah, Doctor Wilson, it's me, Conner."

Wow, nobody made the connection with his massive collection of red clothes here, either. He'd thought it was just a Reefside thing.

..... Buh?

Wilson started and stopped a couple of times before finally cross his arms over his chest and looking at Conner with bemusement.

"Um...interesting, outfit?"

"You have no idea," Conner said wryly. Briefly, he wondered if he could pass it off as an attempt at extra credit, but nah. Personal gain, and all that. ~~It's not just for Halliwell witches!~~ "I can't get out of it, actually."

"How do you... Uh..."

"If you're talking about going to the bathroom, don't ask," Conner said, glad she couldn't see him turning red inside the helmet. Even though it would match.

"I was going to say 'eat' but... Okay."

"Oh, that's easy enough." Conner took off the helmet. "See? It's the only thing I can take off."

"Then why are you wearing the helmet instead of leaving it in your room?"

". . . because I can't?" replied Conner. "It's tied to the morpher. If I go too far away from it it sort of comes back . . ."

"Maybe take it off when you go in to class?" Wilson suggested though he was looking a bit disturbed by the idea that Conner couldn't take off the suit.

And perhaps also a bit disturbed about the implications of not being able to take off the suit.

Oh, Conner was quite disturbed about those implications himself.

"Can't do that either," he said, almost but not quite apologetic. "The only way I could get rid of it is to power it down, and I can't get it to do that."

"... Cool!"

"Dude, if I could get my keys to do that, I'd be all set."

"Maybe you should put a compartment in your helmet for your keys..."

"Might be a good idea. It's not like I have pockets."

"Maybe you could get something that clips onto the belt?"

"Like a utility belt pouch sort of thing? That could work. All the superheroes in comic books and stuff have them." Conner paused. "Not that I read comic books."
