There was a platter of yummy holiday cookies waiting for the students as they filed in today along with an array of warm drinks and a packet of stapled together paper for everyone to pick up when they signed in.

Wilson was sitting behind the desk, elbow on the arm of the chair, chin propped in his palm, looking a bit pensive though he smiled at the students as they settled into their chairs. There was, one small frown when he didn’t see Lana in the class but he quickly filed that away for later contemplation.

“Good afternoon.” He began, standing up and walking around to the front of the class.

“Well, this is our last class before finals and I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for a very enjoyable semester. It was great fun teaching you guys and a wonderful time going to Vegas with you. Thank you.”

Picking up the packet of paper he’d had everyone take on their way in, Wilson flipped to the first page.

“Today is going to be a review of all the material we’ve gone over and a chance for you all to ask any questions you might have regarding the final. Also at the end of class, please turn in your projects.”

“Okay, let’s start with, week one.”

Sliding away from the desk, Wilson began to go over the various class materials from the previous weeks.

“Additionally there will be an essay question based on the trip to Vegas so I suggest reviewing any notes you took while you saw the shows.”

Sliding up onto the front of the desk, Wilson smiled at the class and asked. “Questions?”

"Maybe you should put a compartment in your helmet for your keys..."

"Might be a good idea. It's not like I have pockets."

"Maybe you could get something that clips onto the belt?"

"Like a utility belt pouch sort of thing? That could work. All the superheroes in comic books and stuff have them." Conner paused. "Not that I read comic books."

"Maybe just a fanny pack then."

Conner stared at her. "Oh, no no no. No fanny packs."

"Why not?"

"Can you seriously see me wearing anything called a 'fanny' pack?"

"Who cares what it's called as long as you don't loose your keys?"

And in the face of logic . . . Conner facegloved.

"We could call it a utility belt... If you like."

"Okay, but I'm wearing it sideways."

"Oooh! Good idea, then you could get at it easy and even wear two! ...For more storage."

"Huh. That might get kind of awkward in a fight." Conner considered this. "If I could figure out how to send my keys and wallet to wherever it is my weapons go, that would be awesome."

"How do you get your weapons to come back?"

"I'm not doing it right now," Conner said. "And I'm not really sure. I just think about it, and sort of call them."

"Wull, where'd ya get 'em in the first place?"

Conner scratched his head -- again, not so effective with gloves. "They came with the powers?"

"How'd ya get the powers?"
