Student Council [lunch]

"Mr. Lyman has abandonded us for a far more interesting election and political world, at least for this semester, and so I'll be taking over running these meetings. J,GOB is supporting this meeting through donuts and other random baked goods." Alanna pointed at the two boxes on the desk. "We have nothing major coming up, s'far as I know. So the floor is open to whatever there is to actually discuss. Um...I don't know, upcoming events, Jamie's thing, whatever." She made a flapping motion with her arms. "Go for it."

Pippi arrives a little late to the meeting but submits a budget proposal for stocking the dorm pantries and fridges with communal foodstuffs.

Charlie would be so proud.

Okay, both Charlies would be so proud.

If Charlie knew that there was another Charlie involved, he may have felt a little upset to know that Pippi was seeing other Charlies.

She hardly sees this Charlie ever, but the other Charlie went away last year and was a teacher so it's not like this Charlie has much to worry about.

Charlie remembers the other Charlie, and supposes that he wouldn't mind sharing the Charlie factor with that Charlie since he was pretty cool. For a geek.

Pippi could start asking this Charlie the insane math questions she used to ask the other Charlie if it would make him happy.

But then this Charlie's brain would explode and then there would be a mess that SOMEONE would have to clean up. And the StuCo President might not be very happy about Charlie's brain being in pieces as it's needed elsewhere.

Charlie should have thought about that before getting jealous that Pippi was thinking about other Charlies.

Charlie is a guy and doesn't think about these things before the brain splatter, but he has learned his lesson and will try to remember for next time.

Don't hold your breath though.

Pippi can hold her breath for a pretty long time...

If Guybrush Threepwood were a student here (which he totally should be since he's a cross between Luke Skywalker and Barbossa), Charlie would have loved to have seen a breath-holding contest between him and Pippi.

Pippi would totally be Guybrush Threepwood's pirate apprentice.

"Are we doing anything schoolwide for the holidays, other than the pageant?" Tyler ventured. He didn't sound terribly concerned about the answer.

"Tree trimming? Caroling? There's lots of stuff we can be doing," Isabel offered.

"Caroling would be splendid," Peter replied with a grin. "It's where everyone gets together then sings Christmas songs. We could go around to the people in town. Ideally it would snow, but if it doesn't, that would be fine too. And I like the Christmas tree idea very much. Though those that follow other religions might disagree."

Not that he was thinking of anyone in particular.

"Good point. We'll have to make sure to include Hanukkah and and other holidays into the festivities," Isabel agreed.

"Perhaps the trees could be decorated with ornaments from all different religions? And tinsel. There has to be tinsel."

"Maybe, I'll talk to Willow, see what she suggests."

Peter grinned. "I'm sure she'll be helpful."
