Student Council [lunch]

Josh had his feet propped up on his desk when the members of the student council began arriving.

"I know you have more important things to worry about right now than this meeting," he began. "Did I clean my room enough? Have my parents brought embarrassing photographs of me that they will share with absolutely everyone? Will my teachers say nice things about me?" Josh grinned. "On that last one, let me put it out there that I am extremely bribable."

He waved his hand towards the pizza in the back. "Let's make this a quick meeting so you can get back to your guests or hiding in your rooms."

She snorted. "Do you remember how freaked out I was back in March after that radio broadcast? I still haven't told my brother that that happened. If he finds out this weekend? His head will explode!"

Peter nodded. "It's not that they're bad. Just the combination of them and this school makes for uncomfortableness."

Josh let out a low whistle. "Got it. You can't use the funds for booze, though. Sorry."

"No worries there, I can't drink, even though I wish I could this weekend. But I promise, there will be no officially purchased alcohol," Isabel said.

Josh smiled. "Good. Anything else that might happen, I don't want to know about."
