Detention [Saturday, October 14, all day]

The Danger ~~Room~~ Shop had been configured into a series of stark detention cells.

Vader checked off the names of the students as they entered detention and wordlessly pointed them to their own room.

"You will sit in there for a period of time and think about what you did to get in here," he growled as the interrogation droid that his Ethics students would recognize hovered behind him. "And if you are not feeling as...repentant...as you should be, you will continue to stay in that cell all. day. long."

The doors slammed shut behind each student, leaving them in darkness.

OOC: ETA: I have plans for tonight, woe, so I will pick up all hanging pings in the morning. Your characters got out of detention around 5 o'clock Fandom time and Vader was pissy all. day. long. Thanks for playing!!

"Tell me you're not that naive."

The captain snorted. "If you were going to do anything, you would've done it while we were in space. You've lost your touch, Lord Vader."

Billy liked this guy. he cut off the transmission. "Pump their ship full of knockout gas."

"Knockout gas, my lord?" The officer blinked. "We have no such thing."

Oh for...

"Pacify the ship." he said. "But let me make this perfectly clear. I want prisoners. Not corpses."

"Very good, my lord," the officer replied, calling in for the 501st to take care of things. A few of them tilted their helmets at the "no corpses" idea, but they followed through on the order.

"The ship has been pacified, my lord," the commander said fifteen minutes later. "We cannot find any trace of the stolen documents. They must have gotten rid of them in the amount of time we gave them to stall."

He winced pre-emptively. That sort of comment would get him killed.

"You like living dangerously." Billy remarked. Then he turned his back on the officer as if he were insignifigant.

"Bring me the `diplomat` to question. I'll work my way down the ranks." He tossed the order over his shoulder.

Two troopers trotted away and returned with a petite young woman dressed in white. She sneered at him. "Lord Vader. Only you could be so bold. The Imperial Senate will not sit still when they hear of this outrage."

"I should hope not. Now what did you do with the plans?"

Her expression went absolutely unreadable. "I have no idea what you're talking about. We're on a diplomatic mission to Alderaan."

"Right of course not. That's why you went from righteous indignation to poker face. Don't insult my intelligence. We know you had them. And by the way, what kind of incompetant spies are you employing?"

If looks could kill, Billy would be dead on the floor.

The woman didn't say a word.

Billy'd been given death looks before. On many women they were quite attractive.

He turned from her to look out the window. He tried to remember the methods Cobra had tried on him.

"I mean really, what use in intelligence on us if we know you have it? If your people knew what they were doing, you wouldn't be here."

He turned towards her. "So I'll ask you again. Where are the plans?"

The woman watched him and snorted. "How did you get such a terrifying reputation? You're less than nothing, and I'm not saying another word."

"Appearances can be decieving." Billy said quietly smirking at her. "You wouldn't believe the ridiculous outfits some of the most dangerous people I've ever met wore. You've pretty much admitted that you know the answer to my question. You look strong enough to endure the usual methods of interrogation however....so we'll try something else."

He managed not to snicker as he began to interrogate her: "Where are the plans? Where are the plans? Where are the plans? Where are the plans? Wherearetheplans?Wherearetheplans?Wherearetheplans?Wherearetheplans?Wherearetheplans?..." And so on.

The two Stormtroopers exchanged glances over the top of the captive's head. Clearly Lord Vader had gone insane.

They pulled out their blasters and fired directly at Vader.

The world went white.

"Unacceptable," Vader snapped. "You cannot annoy someone into giving you information."

"Says you. I wasn't about to torture her." Billy said defiantly.

"Then you would fail," Vader snarled and stomped off.

"Good thing I'm more likely to be on her side then." Billy muttered.
