Detention [Saturday, October 14, all day]

The Danger Room Shop had been configured into a series of stark detention cells.

Vader checked off the names of the students as they entered detention and wordlessly pointed them to their own room.

"You will sit in there for a period of time and think about what you did to get in here," he growled as the interrogation droid that his Ethics students would recognize hovered behind him. "And if you are not feeling as...repentant...as you should be, you will continue to stay in that cell all. day. long."

The doors slammed shut behind each student, leaving them in darkness.

OOC: ETA: I have plans for tonight, woe, so I will pick up all hanging pings in the morning. Your characters got out of detention around 5 o'clock Fandom time and Vader was pissy all. day. long. Thanks for playing!!

After remembering from last time Naomi moved quickly, following the other pilots to their destination.

"They're crazy," one of the pilots said as he strapped himself into his TIE fighter. "Snubfighters against a space station? We'll make them pay for their foolishness."

Naomi had no idea on what a snubfighter actually was but she agreed anyway as she climbed into her own TIE fighter and strapped in.

The TIEs all shot out into space. "Here they come," her wingman commented as a swarm of X-Wings came up over the horizon line of the Death Star. "Kill them all."

Naomi gulped as she started firing at the X-Wings.

Three of the X-Wings broke from the pack and dove towards a trench nearby.

Naomi increased her speed to follow them, still firing.

The first ship exploded in a shower of sparks, but another X-Wing dropped into the trench behind Naomi and began to fire.

She'd have to move fast not to end up dead.

Naomi tried not to panic as she moved her TIE fighter as fast as she dared to avoid getting hit.

The gun turrets firing down on the trench were not doing her any favors, either. One took out the X-Wing behind but scored a minor hit on her left wing.

She began spiralling out of control.

Naomi let out a scream as she desperately tried to get her ship back on course but she was beginning to see that she didn't have much of a chance of not crashing.

The world went white...and Naomi was back in the middle of a hallway as dozens of pilots went racing past. "The Rebels are attacking the Death Star!" one yelled to her. "We've got to stop them!"

"Right," Naomi said as she ran along with the other pilots, trying to calm down from the last time.

"The Rebels are attacking the Death Star with snubfighters," the pilot next to her snorted. "They must be really desperate."

Naomi agred as she prepared to take off.

The TIEs sped out of the hanger bay and prepared to engage the X-Wings that were coming over the horizon. "Keep them out of that trench," the squadron commander ordered. "Lord Vader will kill anyone who doesn't."

Hearing that didn't make Naomi feel any more confident as she started firing at the X-Wings.

The X-Wings split around her, aiming for the trench.

Naomi tried to keep firing and still remain in control of her ship as she tried to keep focus on the X-Wings.

The X-Wings were flying flat out through the trench, more concerned with what lay in front of them than Naomi behind. The back two ships were in her gun's range.

Naomi fired at the ship in front of her that was to her left.

It exploded, shrapnel taking out the ship next to it as well.

There was only one X-Wing left.

"Take it out," Vader's voice commanded through the comm.

Naomi had to stop herself from jumping in her seat as she started firing at the remaining X-Wing.

The ship exploded and the program ended.

Vader nodded, slightly approving. "Your tasks are complete," he intoned. "Leave now."
