Detention: 9/30/06
When entering the Danger Shop for detention today, the students will find themselves in a rather tranquil environment.
Tranquil, but somewhat unnatural. White void as far as the eye can see, barring the single, almost floating doors that would lead back out of the Danger Room.
The Doctor sits cross-legged on the spotless white floor, a small notepad in his lap, a pen behind one of his sizable ears.
He marks down attendance as people arrive.
Agnes Nitt
Blair Sandburg
When both students had arrived, the Doctor did not speak, but held up a simple note.
It read "Meditate".
[ooc: Sorry for the lateness. Last minute covering. EDIT: Up and Ready.]

The First Afternoon Activity
"Fantastic pizza, isn't it? Now, you're wondering what we'll be doing now, aren't you. Miss Nitt, Mister Sandburg, you're about to embark on a very, very intriguins and important activity. You are about to..." He flourished his arms in a wide gesture, his smile wide. "Save the world!"
A single piece of furniture materializes, a table with two chess boards sitting on it.
"It's said that you can postpone your own demise by playing Death at chess," the Doctor said. "I defeated evil by trapping it into a logic puzzle." He gestured towards the boards.
"Come up with something you think would stump an evil from before time began. Collaborate, do your own thing, ask me questions about how ketchup tastes on the culinary delights of Betelgeuse five, just try and have fun today. Oh, and we'll have one more thing to do after this."

He was hoping to show them the puzzle he'd used.
But they wouldn't understand it.
So he couldn't be all show-offy. Blast.
