Detention, the Danger Shop (9/23)
Ms. Frizzle is waiting for the students inside the Danger Shop, which had been transformed to look like a lab environment. The teacher herself, however, was in a khaki dress with khaki pumps, a pith helmet atop her frizzy red hair, and two bones for earrings. "Good morning, students!" she trilled cheerfully when they arrived. There was a large blackboard leaning behind her with a list of names:
Belthazor
Sam Carter
John Constantine
William Kessler
Shrodinger
Seras Victoria
"Today for your detention, we're going to help out an old friend of mine! Dr. Carmina Skeledon is working at a dinosaur dig in the Badlands of Alberta, and I'm afraid that last time my class visited her we misplaced one of her fossils. But I think that this group is just the right people for the job! So!" She led the way out of the Danger Shop. "Everyone to the bus!"
[[Today's detention brought to you by The Magic School Bus: The Busasaurus. Feel free to have your characters believe they're still in the Danger Shop. Ms Frizzle won't disillusion anyone. No visitors for this one, due to temporal distance. You'll be back around 4pm FST.Please to be waiting for OCD.
OCD up, have fun! Also, I don't have many icons, so my Brachiosaurus icon? Doesn't necessarily mean it's a Brachiosaurus. And I apologise in advance for spelling errors. I'll be around all day until about 6:30 AST, but I will be able to pick up pings tomorrow.]]

Attacked!
"Uh-oh . . ." Ms Frizzle said, still managing to sounding cheerful as the Tyrannasaurus rex burst through the trees. "Looks like we're going to need a little firepower! Students, get ready to take chances! Make mistakes! And get . . . tyrannical!"
The bus zapped them all with something, causing them to grow in size to be a match for the T. rex, which suddenly didn't look quite so sure of itself any more.
[[Fight!]]

The fireball hit the T. rex square in the chest and it reared back with a scream, staggering back a few steps. With a wounded look and a snarl, it began backing off. Pissed off and now scared.

The T. rex charged on, undaunted. Its small arms were tucked in front of its chest, its head extended as it roared again.

The T. rex wouldn't have recognised a fighting stance if it smacked it in the nose. Which it was probably about to. It saw food and charged.

Or angry. One of the two.
