When the students entered the Danger Shop, they would most likely notice that the room was just about empty. Except for seven chairs and a whole rack of costumes and table of accessories. Aly was perched on the table with a clipboard of names.

Once everyone was seated, she looked up and grinned. "Well, then, since you were so gracious as to come spend your Saturday with me, welcome. I have three things for each of you to do today. You're going to need to get the information, carry out the instructions, and then answer the question." She looked amused. "To do the first, you'll have to blend into the crowd. So after you all tell me your names and why you're here, I'll give you your assignment. You'll want to dress the part then we'll go from there."

[OOC: Detention should last until from 9am-5pm EDT. I'll be afk from about 4:15-7EDT but I'm more than happy to keep playing after that if you want to. As a disclaimer? This is quite possibly all silliness. If you have any questions, get me on IM: spymasteraly]

Introductions, chatter, vows never to ~~get caught~~ break the rules again.

"My name is Layla Williams," she said, "and I'm here because the lottery hates me. I didn't actually do anything wrong."

"I hear that's a common problem here," Aly said sympathetically. "Still now you get to spend a Saturday with all these fine people."

"I guess. And this place isn't as scary looking as the detention room at my last school. Er, not that I ever saw the inside of it. 'Cause I'm good and everything."

Aly grinned. "Of course you are. Who would think otherwise?"

"My name is Pip Bernadette," Pip said. "I'm here because I neglected to find a way to hide from the security cameras whilst sneaking around and delivering our own personal brand of greeting to all the professors for the new school year."

Aly shook her head sadly. "And what have you learned from that experience?"

"...Make sure I have a way to block the cameras?" Pip suggested. "Or perhaps that I shouldn't break into teacher's offices with pop-up gremilns. Or at all."

"I like the or at all option," Aly agreed. "But the carelessness is definitely another issue," she added with a grin.

"My name is Alanna Trebond and I punched Jamie Madox in the face." Alanna looked more than a little uncomftorable.

Aly tried not to smile. "Did he deserve it?"

"Yes." Alanna sulked.

"Then I suppose it's good you're not doing lines for the next three weeks," Aly replied.

Alanna raised a brow and very dryly said. "Personal experience?"

"My name is Walter Dornez. I'm here for the same reason Pip is."

"And have you learned a lesson from that?" Aly asked.

"I've learned that this dean appears to appreciate good manners," Walter replied with an impressively straight face.

"Well who doesn't?" Aly replied, keeping an impressively straight face herself.

"I'm Joxer," he grumbled. He was sore and cranky, thanks to a detention he was sure he didn't deserve, the beating he got at the hands of Billy, and whatever poison it was Pete convinced him to drink.

"I'm here cause Doctor Covington hates someone who she thinks is me, but isn't."

Aly raised an eyebrow. "Not your best class then?"

Joxer shook his head. "I still can't find this Kleinman guy she keeps going on about."

"Where have you looked?" Aly asked.

"I, uhh, haven't really," Joxer said. "I keep assuming he'd just show up or something."
