Rory opened the library a few minutes early, sweeping in a bit rain-splattered and windblown, but actually smiling.

She settled herself behind the desk, and after straightening the sign displaying the new aides, set to work rereading her favorite passages from The Complete Dorothy Parker.

"I'm beginning to think weekly workouts after classes might have to become a regular thing for the rest of the semester," she agrees. "You can drop the class, you know." Even though it's pretty clear from her tone she knows what the answer will be.

Rory gives her a look. "I don't drop classes. And I need to be there."

"I expected as much," she says, and she's kind of proud of her for that. "Okay. Plane books. 870's."

Rory nods. "Tons of stuff on the 'net, too."

Aeryn doesn't mean to make a face, but she does, "I'll have to be sure to look there, too."

Rory smiles. "Or ask someone to look it up for you, if the internet's not your thing."

Aeryn smiles a little without any real idea why. "I'll tell John I have a job for him to do," she says, and isn't really joking.

"Make sure he has safe search on," she advises. "The internet is scary."

She looks at Rory blankly. "Um. What?"

"Safe search, if he's googling," Rory says. "I always have it on. Just in case."

"In case of what?" says Aeryn, not sure she wants to know. Except she does.

"Of bad things," she replies.

"Such as?"

"Naked things."

"Um," Aeryn says.

"You asked," Rory points out.

"And unfortunately I have to keep asking," she says. "What kind of naked... things? Just randomly on the Internet?"

"There's porn on the internet," Rory replies, blushing.

"Um," Aeryn says again.

"And you can be looking for anything, and it just shows up without safe search!"

Aeryn taps her foot on the floor and says, "Uh huh. He's using two frelling safe search things now."

Rory snorts and says, "Good plan. Is one of them you staying in the room with him?"

"Yes," she answers immediately.

"Good," Rory nods. "Smart plan."

Aeryn nods back. "I'm going to find books. Without porn. I promise not to throw them." Probably.
