Recieving a ~~handwaved~~ e-mail to appear at Cafe Fina, the students found themselves a lavish breakfast spread. Alfred sat at the head of the table and motioned for them all to sit.

"Good morning. Welcome to our last class. It was brought to my attention recently that some of you, those who already have training in Stealth and Deception, have been somewhat bored by this class. That, since I am teaching only the basics, you are being taught things you already know. I apologize for this, but I was expecting that the people who signed up would be less taught in the skill and I did not want to leave behind those that were beginners."

He shrugged. "Now, however, I would like to draw upon that skill. If you are one of the people I have perviously mentioned, please, stand up and share with the class an important detail or aspect of Stealth and Deception that you believe I may have missed. Or, if you are a beginner, now is an ideal time to ask any burning questions you may have."

"Thank you for coming to signing up for this class and staying in it, and I hope that it was both enlightning and entertaining for you. I certainly enjoyed teaching you all."

Walter washed down a mouthful of scone with some tea and nodded. "Yes, I think it is."

"Get any sleep?"

"More than Nadia, likely," Walter said, glancing down the table at his girlfriend. "She's in bad shape over this," he added very quietly.

"I kinda noticed." Pippi said quietly back. "But I dunno what we can do about it."

"If she doesn't start pulling herself together soon, I don't know if there is anything." Nadia was essentially dealing with Walter's greatest fear - being paralyzed by fear. It wasn't doing anything for his own state of mind.

"Maybe we could find a place where she can be more sure she has the advantage?"

"I don't know if such a place exists, but perhaps an afternoon on your boat will help clear her head."

Pippi nodded.

"I have some gillyweed that's just mature enough to use." Pippi said. "She can hold onto them, just in case she feels like she needs to bolt. Also? Al and I kinda made a secret hideout. But it's rather removed from campus and town so... I don't know if that would actually be helpful."

"Brilliant." Walter leaned over to pat her arm. "You can tell her about those things when you have a chance. This might be just what she needs."

Pippi nodded and poked at her food.

"What do you think he wants?"

Walter couldn't let the subject put him off his food. He had a bite of bacon before answering her.

"Letting her know he's coming says to me that he doesn't want to harm her, but his idea of helping is why she's like this now, so I can't rightly say."

"I worked at the hotel during that convention." she said finally eating something. "I think I'd know him if I saw him."

"Nadia seems to think that disguise might be a problem, but I don't see how any stranger on the island looking for her isn't going to stand out." He frowned before adding, "Unless he can disguise himself to look like someone who isn't a stranger."

"He's too short to be a Trooper..."

Walter smiled and speared a bit of tomato. "And Tex would squash him like a bug, no matter how formidable Nadia believes him to be."

"That's what I said."
