Retail 101, Monday morning, All and Sundries

Edmund waited for his students to file in and sign in before launching into his final class.

"Here we all are at the end of an interminable seven weeks. Miss Tyler, congratulations, I am certain you have a thrilling future in retail ahead of you. You may cry in your beer later. As for the rest of you..." Edmund opened his mouth before rethinking his comments in light of the fact that he hadn't been paid yet.

"For our last session, I want you to get together as a group and discuss what you've learned from this class. If you've learned anything from this class. Additionally, if you were to open a retail establishment of your own, what would your business model be?"

He sat down to watch his students do his work for him. As usual.

"I think I'd want to run a bookstore, based on trade instead of buying." Blair bounced. "I can use the skills I learned here to convince people to use the barter system instead of actual money. It'll be great!"
