Basketball Game - FH Gym - 2nd Half

Half the game had been played, but it was still too close to call as Blue and Gold Gremlins battled it out. 

There may have been another gremlin roaming around the gym as well.  But that was probably just the cheer squad's mascot.

First, half-time festivites, then the ball game would be decided.

Tyler grabbed the ball on the rebound and charged to the basket. He shot fast, not taking time to aim properly, and was rewarded with an airball.

Yeah. Not his game.

Peter snagged the airball out the...air and looked around for the opening. He stepped back a bit from under the basket and pivoted to pass to a more open teammate - Cam.

Cameron caught the pass and dribbled off. As he got close to the basket, he quickly took his shot. It went right in.

The hips might not have been lying, but they were shaking. Boogie!

Greg snagged the ball and took it offcourt, frowning at Cam's TOTALLY STUPID DANCE, then quickly passed it in to Conner.

Conner tried to drive the lane, thought better of it, then backed up and dribbled to the left before trying a one-handed behind the back pass to Tyler.

If it worked, he'd be shocked.

Tyler caught it and tried to toss it back to Conner. Hey, if he could pass that well...

Peter didn't quite foul Conner to get the ball away from him, but he certainly stole it. He spun to try to shoot but couldn't get a good angle so sent a quick pass towards Cameron.

Tyler plucked the ball out of midair and fired it to Conner.

Conner went for the catch-and-shoot, and the shot, inelegant as it was, somehow went in.

Cameron caught the ball before it could hit the ground and dribbled back to mid-court. He bounce-passed the ball to Anders.

Anders caught the pass, dribbled twice, and snapped off another pass to Peter.

Peter grabbed the ball out of the air and dribbled a few times, moving into possession to launch a shot that....bounced off the backboard and back into play.
