Game, FH Gym, 1 p.m. FHT

The gym was ready for the game assuming nothing crazy happened during detention, with a shiny floor, clean new nets, and two perfect basketballs lolling about. Everything was ready for the rematch between the blue and gold gremlins. Last time, gold had eked out a victory; this time, it was anyone's game.

Play ball.

Yes, Aeryn does make a point of showing up to these. Even if still doesn't exactly make sense to her. She's still trying to learn by watching, though.

"Freakin' gremlins. I was so happy when they disappeared. You sing well, though, I have to say." Parker sighed. "Zack got bit too. And proceeded to risk his life. I'm voting for gremlin baseball the seocnd we get the chance."

Parker's expression went sardonic. "Tuesday night, I think. He thought he was that stupid TV F.B.I. Agent Angel pretended to be once, Seely Ruth or Truth or Sooth. And he hit on me fairly rudely. Before calling me psycho. It is *so* frustrating to talk to the delusional."

Nadia heard the talk about gremlins and popped her head out from under the bleachers to say "hi".

"Ahhhh!" Parker snapped an involuntary photo, flashing going off in Nadia's face, then got her breath back. "Oh, it's you. Jesus, you scared me."

Nadia chittered angrily at the flash of light and swiped her claws at Parker.

Nadia snickered in a gremlin-y fashion and snapped her teeth at Aeryn.

Still glaring, but thinking that noise wasn't exactly threatening, Aeryn shakes her head a lot. "You shouldn't be having this much fun with this."

Aeryn's still shaking her head. She kind of can't stop. "Go play with someone who didn't get bitten last week," she says.

Nadia pouted at her and disappeared back under the bleachers.

Then she popped back out with a melty chocolate bar which she held out for Aeryn.

Aeryn stares a little. "Thank you," she says slowly, and really carefully and quickly takes it. She's so not eating it, but still.

"HEY!" By now Parker's blinked the flash out of *her* eyes, and realized that the macot is more-than-a-mascot. Scrambling up a set of seats, she yells, "Back off, Mama Gremlin! I am *not* going crazy again this week! Once was enough!" She triggered the flash again, then looked for something to throw.

"Ah, damnit!" Parker cursed as the giant gremlin managed to snag her camera, and made an abortive move to grab it back. Then again: claws, teeth, venom and no weapon. "Damnit!"

Nadia bit the camera and made a "yech!" noise. It was kind of pretty, though, so she hung it around her neck.

Parker would be getting some very odd pictures when she got it back. . . .
