Game, FH Gym, 1 p.m. FHT

The gym was ready for the game ~~assuming nothing crazy happened during detention~~, with a shiny floor, clean new nets, and two perfect basketballs lolling about. Everything was ready for the rematch between the blue and gold gremlins. Last time, gold had eked out a victory; this time, it was anyone's game.

Play ball.

Blair waved shyly and bounced a little.

Peter grinned at Blair and totally tried not to look disappointed Willow was over at the other bench.

"Need anything, Peter?" Blair asked.

"A promise that it won't snow?" Peter replied,laughing. "Or sprinkle some type of salt to keep the Jell-O dragons away?"

"Considering how hot it is outside today, I'm thinking the snow problem is taken care of." Blair bounced. "If I see any jell-o dragons I'll distract them until the game is finished. Threaten them with a couple of flag shaped molds from the kitchen."

"Good to know we have a plan," Peter said. "How'd you end up with detention anyway?"

"Called one of the professors Lucinda to his face." Blair shrugged. "Then I called him by his first name, but it's not a problem. This isn't all that bad of a detention...save the shirts, I guess."

Blair looked down at the large pink t-shirt that had GREMLINS EQUIPMENT MANAGER - I'M REALLY NOT COOL emblazoned across the front.

Peter grinned at the shirt. "It's a good colour for you though the sentiment's obviously false." He glanced over towards Willow. "Does hers say the same thing?"

"Thanks, man!" Blair bounced happily. "I'm kinda stoked at being a manager of something. I think Willow's talks about going to the Sin for a good time."

Nadia skittered out underneath the bench and chittered at Blair.

Biting people was thirsty work.

Blair looked down and blinked, he was finally getting to meet a gremlin. "Hi there, man. I'm a big supporter."

Nadia snapped her teeth in his general direction, then offered Blair a moldy apple core she'd found under the bleachers.

"Awww, thanks." Blair took the apple core with a smile. "Is this like a peace offering in your culture? I wonder what the return gift should be? Maybe a moldy fruit of my own. Or possibly vegetable."

Blair was sadly out of moldy food and held out a sports bottle instead. "Do you want something to drink?"

Nadia chittered and jumped up and down, but doesn't grab for the bottle ~~until she finds out if it's water or gatoraide, because water + gremlin = bad~~.

Blair bounced excitedly and smiled. "I hope you like gatorade, man. It's full of electrolytes which should give you lots of energy. It's sorta your color too."

Nadia immitated his bouncing and snatched at the bottle. Beverage!

"Awesome bouncing, little guy!" Blair grinned. "I told people you weren't evil."

Nadia squeezed gatoraide into her mouth and licked her lips, then snapped at Blair again.

Not evil! Just like to bite!

Blair bounced and snapped back, thinking it was possibly a gremlin greeting. "Here you go, in case you get sweaty." He passed over a small handtowel.

Nadia examined the towel. And chewed on it.

Then she snapped a picture of Blair with Parker's camera.

Blair blinked in the flash and shrugged, who was he to say it was weird that gremlins had cameras. "Need anything else, man? More Gatorade? Munchies? Foot massage?"

Nadia kept hitting the button on the camera, enjoying the flashing thing when it wasn't directed at her.

She accidentally turned the camera around at one point and got a photo of herself with the towel sticking out of her mouth.

Eek!

She skuttled away back under the bleachers.

Blair laughed and bent over to wave under the bleachers. "Nice to meet you! Feel free to come and vist anytime! I live in 409!"
