FH Library, Thursday Morning

Angela spent most of the day idly humming to herself and straightening the library shelves, pulling down books that looked interesting to savor long passages.

She barely noticed the cereal that crunched under her shoes occasionally.

The library is open, but you might need to look harder than normal to find an aide.

[OOC: Summer=no OCD. I'll be out for a few hours around lunch, but I should be in for SP by 2 p.m. or so.]

Isabel popped in looking for some light reading.

Eventually, Angela emerged from the stacks. "Hey, Isabel. Need help?"

"Hi Angela," Isabel said. "Can you point me in the direction of something in the brain candy section? I'm in dire need of mindless fluff."

"A beach read?" Angela ashked. She gestured to a carousel of fat paperbacks that had totally always been there. "We have Danielle Steele, Nora Roberts, and of course everything that pirate/ninja lady ever wrote. Go wild."

"Perfect," she said, already pulling books with brawny heroes and half dressed heroines of the rack. "Oh, the new Nora Roberts. Did you ever notice that her trilogies are always the same?"

"I don't read her stuff a lot," Angela said. "But yeah, there are definitely some similar plots in what I have read."

"Yet I read them all. Go figure." Shaking her head, Isabel brought a few titles over to the desk and pulled her library card out of her pocket.

"Go figure," Angela agreed amiably. She took the card and processed the check-out. "So how have you been this week?"

"I've been good. Really good even. Despite my cake not turning out well on Monday." She laughed, "At least the frosting was good. Molly and I ate that with spoons. And then there was skywriting."

"Our cake was okay," Angela said. "I think I left it in one of the common rooms."

She smiled. "Tell me about the skywriting."

"It was sweet," Isabel said, smiling happily. "And probably the most romantic gesture anyone has ever made for me."

"Awwwwww!," Angela enthused. "That's adorable, Isabel. How'd Greg manage it?"

"Somehow he convinced Anakin," she explained, shaking her head. "I'm not sure how considering last week the radio said Anakin was annoyed with him."

Angela shrugged. "Hairfu? Blackmail? I'm just, y'know, happy to see you happy."

"Personally my money is on pestering him til he finally agreed just to make him go away." Isabel smiled and picked up her books. "I am. It's a weird feeling."

"Yeah, you never quite believe it will last, I mean, I don't," Angela said. "It's almost strange nice when it does."

"We'll see," Isabel said with a small smile as she headed out the door. "Bye Angela."
