The computer lab is meeting outside today under a tent with Help Desk emblazoned across the front. Each student has their own workstation complete with phone, toolbox and nifty pocket protector.

"As you can see by my mad sign making skillz, we're going to be manning the help desk today." Abby smiled. "As geeks there is a 99.9% chance that someone is going to ask you to fix their computer. Seriously guys, it's going to happen. You need to know your stuff. Not only how to fix technology...but how to deal with people who don't know how to use it."

"Three rules you have to remember." Abby paced and raised her fingers as she counted them off. "One, not everyone is a geek so remember to tone down the techspeak. Two, people will do incredibly stupid things to their computer, try not to cry over the phone when they tell they've never done a virus scan. Three, the first response is always reboot. It doesn't matter that the problem couldn't be solved by that, it's always the first response."

"Okay, the phone lines are open and people can walk in with a problem. Remember the rules, be polite and come to me if there's a problem you can't fix."

"Ech. Oh man, I hate when people do that."

"See, and this just goes to show that some boys know how to behave themselves in movie theaters," Willow said. "So how are you? How's Conner?"

"Did someone throw candy at you?" Anders asked, completely ignoring the fact that he'd once gotten into a fight that was partly due to the throwing of gumballs. "I'm fine! Conner was in a fire or something so he's a little blistery but okay. How've you been?"

"Oh my gosh, poor Conner!" Willow said. "Does he need anything? Do you guys want ice cream? I've got some Twizzler flavor left in the room."

"He's okay," Anders assured her. "He just sounds kinda like that guy in the Mafia movies right now. Twizzler flavor? I've never heard of that one. But ice cream would be kinda nice, yeah."

"It's really good," Willow assured him. "There's cake batter flavor too but Marie might've eaten it all."

"Wow. That sounds really good, actually." Anders's stomach growled, probably loud enough to hear over the phone.

"Totally amazing," Willow said. "If we've got any left I'll bring it over. It sounds like Conner's earned it."

Anders laughed. "Do I need to make him apologize to Marie more, first?"

"I think Marie's okay with it, so by extension so am I," Willow said. "His name spelling is safe with me. For now."

"Well, that's good to hear." Anders lowered his voice a bit. "Actually I do know how to refill the Palm Pilot, just so you know."

Willow lowered hers too. "That's good, because I don't. If it was a laptop I could help you."

"Aw. I don't have one." Anders chuckled. "The laptop is a Bridge special, huh?"

"Yep," Willow said. "It was a bribe so I wouldn't kill him for touching Xander."

"Well, thanks for not killing my best friend. I'd have been sad," Anders told her.

"It was a good bribe," Willow said. "Plus he treats Xander nice. That goes far. I told him he's got the Willow stamp of approval now."

"Bridge is a good guy," Anders said warmly, "and Xander is too. He's lucky to have you for a friend."

"You too," Willow said. "I heard you say hi to me on the radio the other night. Hi!"
