The computer lab is meeting outside today under a tent with Help Desk emblazoned across the front. Each student has their own workstation complete with phone, toolbox and nifty pocket protector.

"As you can see by my mad sign making skillz, we're going to be manning the help desk today." Abby smiled. "As geeks there is a 99.9% chance that someone is going to ask you to fix their computer. Seriously guys, it's going to happen. You need to know your stuff. Not only how to fix technology...but how to deal with people who don't know how to use it."

"Three rules you have to remember." Abby paced and raised her fingers as she counted them off. "One, not everyone is a geek so remember to tone down the techspeak. Two, people will do incredibly stupid things to their computer, try not to cry over the phone when they tell they've never done a virus scan. Three, the first response is always reboot. It doesn't matter that the problem couldn't be solved by that, it's always the first response."

"Okay, the phone lines are open and people can walk in with a problem. Remember the rules, be polite and come to me if there's a problem you can't fix."

"I can see Abby's been teaching more than just computers, that's the answer she would have given me too." DiNozzo laughed into the phone. "Somehow I don't think that's going to fix my problem."

"Well, describe 'acting up' in more detail," Cally said. "It's kind of a vague problem."

"You sound like a trustworthy girl, so I'm going to let you in on my secret." Tony dropped his voice to a whisper. "It's not my PDA. Any tips on getting past their password?"

"Do they have pets? Girlfriend? Boyfriend? Favorite TV show?" Cally said. "Sometimes it's easier to guess a password than you think."

There was muttered flow of words that included typewriter, geek, probie and iamstupid. "Nope, nothing that I can guess at least. There's no magic button I can press to override it? He keeps talking about his date last week and I'm sure he keeps the girls name and phone number in this thing."

"Well, huh," Cally said, thinking. "You sure you shouldn't just try asking the guy about this? Snooping in other people's relationships isn't a good idea. Trust me."

"I could ask the probie, but he'd just hedge. It works out better when I can snoop and I am good at snooping. That's why they pay me the big bucks as an NCIS agent, baby."

"You call me baby again, I hang up," Cally said, cooly. "But seriously, if you're such a good snoop, how come you're calling up a 17 year old for help breaking into a PDA?"

Tony gulped. "Sorry, I'll keep my 'babys' for the above 17 crowd. Abby called and asked me to come up with a problem to have you guys fix. She said you could handle anything. Was she wrong?"

"I'm sadly not much of a superhacker," Cally said. "My best advice is putting in random words until it works. Which probably won't help, sorry."

"It was worth a shot." Tony sighed. "Thanks for all your help, I'll be sure to tell Abs you did a good job."

"You call her Abs?" Cally boggled. "How well do you know Professor Abby?"

"The mistress of the dark?" Tony laughed. "I've been working with Abby for a few years now and we're close. She's like a little sister to me. Or not. I probably wouldn't flirt with my sister as much."

"You call her mistress of the dark? Kiiiinky," Cally said.

"How old are you again?" Tony's voice was amused. "You've seen her, the way she dresses, the tats, the slight obsession with all things goth. The title fits."

"It really does," Cally said. "So, you've got the hots for my professor, don't you?"

"What?!" There was a muffled thump and crash. "I do not have the...she's Abby and we're...then she went out with....Gibbs would kill me....we are not talking about this."

Cally moved the mouthpiece of the phone away a bit. Just enough to not deafen him when she shouted "Hey Professor Abby? I think I've got your boyfriend on the line!"

Abby grinned and came over to Cally's table and leaned down to listen in at the earpiece. The loud cries of "I'm not her boyfriend" and "Gibbs is going to kill me" made her laugh.

"That's Tony DiNozzo." Abby grinned at Cally. "He's not my boyfriend but he's a very good kisser."

Cally laughed. "Should I make him flail more?" she asked, with DiNozzo probably totally able to hear it.

"No!" The cry from the phone showed that Tony was able to hear the conversation. "Come on Abs, call off your girl."

Abby smirked. "Maybe we should let him off the hook. I'm hoping to use him for an workshop in the future."

"Okie-doke," Cally said with a smile, picking the phone back up.

"Sorry I can't help more. But I hear you're an excellent kisser, so I look forward to you helpin' out in a future workshop, sir."

"Yeah. Sure." Tony resisted the urge to beat his head on his desk. "Thanks for all your help."

The was a faint sound of a head getting slapped and someone's gruff voice saying "Were you messing with Abby's class, DiNozzo?" before the phone was hung up.
