"Good morning, everyone," Jarod smiled, standing in front of a row of small two person sailboats. "I hope you all read the information I gave you last week, because you'll need it. These boats are suitable for one or two people, but unless you have experience sailing already, I'm going to require you to take a partner, and a paddle, just because sometimes there's no wind, and you'll want to come back to shore."

"For those of you who want to do more than just sail," he smirked, "I've set up some buoys as an obstacle course so you can practice your tacking and navigation. Just remember your rules of the road so you don't run into each other." He gestured out to the ocean, to a line of red dots bobbing in the water. "Also, don't go beyond the red buoys, just for your own safety."

"If you need me, I'll be out on the water in a kayak with a rope, ready to tow you in if necessary. Have fun, and I've had a great time being your instructor."

[ooc: No Jarod interaction until 6 pm EST tomorrow, but have fun in the meantime!]

Pippi pulled down the rigging she had done and started over from the beginning so Molly could sse and help with it all.

"So how've you been?" she asked as they worked.

Molly followed whatever directions Pippi gave her as she answered. "Pretty good. A lot better than last week. Things are getting back to normal now." She didn't sound quite as cheerful when she said that, but it was probably because she was concentrating on getting the rigging done right.

"Normal is good." she said nodding her approval for Molly's work. "Are you going to Jarod's birthday party?"

Molly shrugged. "I don't have a costume," she said.

[[OOC: Plus, I am leaving town for the weekend in, omg, half an hour. I'm sorry. I thought we'd get a lot further than this. I'll keep playing as long as I can. Maybe my ride will be late.]]

"I don't think they'll kick you out if you don't have a costume." she said. "But a quiet evening at home is nice too. Are you going to hang out with Cam then?"

Molly shook her head and concentrated very hard on the rigging. "I don't know what his plans are," she said.

"... Oh I see." she said returning to the rigging herself. "Being rather ambiguous about his schedule is he?"

Molly shrugged. "I usually just see him when I see him."

"Oh! I'm sorry, I was thinking... You were... Seeing eachother."

"We've gone back to just being friends," Molly said calmly and gave Pippi a small grin to show that she was okay with this. "The timing was wrong."

"Oh? What was wrong about the timing may I ask?" she asked, "Or would you rather talk about something else?"

"Let's go sailing," Molly said. "We can talk later."

[[OOC: Woe! I have to leave now. Molly will be silent crew for Pippi for anything else you want to do in class. I'm really sorry I have to leave now. I'll be back on Sunday and Pippi and Molly can have a roommate chat if you want.]]
