Photography Workshop [7/5]

Veronica was smiling as her students entered the classroom. They would find a selection of drinks and pastries from J,GOB on a table to the side.

"Today is our last day. You guys have all been great and I've really enjoyed seeing your interpretations of the weekly prompts. I'd like you to start by going through all the photos you took this session and picking out what you think are your five best. After you do that, you can head to the darkroom to develop your recent photos. When you're all done with that, you're going to display your best photos for your classmates to view. I'd like you all to give each other feedback on the photos. Constructive criticism only, please. We're all here to learn."



[may be slow interaction today; came to work late because of power issues and am catching up from the long weekend.]

"I think I might go to the library, actually. Jamie said that they have some information in there about prophesies regarding students, or something? And either way, I . . . don't really know anything about it all. I just feel like I'd feel better about it if I knew more."

Veronica nodded and gave her a quick hug. "Just keep in mind that anything you find may not be set in stone, okay?"

She would, of course. Hesitate. Because she wouldn't want to ruin Veronica's weekend.

Nadia sighed. "He actually tried to leave last night without telling me when. I'm dating a dumbass."

Veronica sighed. "Honey? They're all dumbasses," she said. "Especially when it comes to 'protecting' us."

"Well, there is that too," Veronica admitted. "Why don't you come down to Caritas tomorrow when I work. It'll keep your mind off things."

"Good," Veronica smiled. "Oh! And I think Marty and Angela will be back tomorrow."

"I'm pretty sure it's tomorrow," Veronica said. "Maybe Friday. Definitely this week."
