Photography Workshop [7/5]

Veronica was smiling as her students entered the classroom. They would find a selection of drinks and pastries from J,GOB on a table to the side.

"Today is our last day. You guys have all been great and I've really enjoyed seeing your interpretations of the weekly prompts. I'd like you to start by going through all the photos you took this session and picking out what you think are your five best. After you do that, you can head to the darkroom to develop your recent photos. When you're all done with that, you're going to display your best photos for your classmates to view. I'd like you all to give each other feedback on the photos. Constructive criticism only, please. We're all here to learn."

[may be slow interaction today; came to work late because of power issues and am catching up from the long weekend.]

Veronica tilted her head and studied him.

"A demon and a lawyer?" she said. "Insert joke here."

[ooc: yay meta!]

Bel smirked. "Yeah, seems pretty silly, doesn't it?" he said. "I think Charmed One bodyguard will be my career description."

"The pay might be lousy, but the benefits would be great," Veronica pointed out. "So things with you and Phoebe are okay? She doesn't think we're still..."

"I don't think so," Bel said. "We're good. I mean, there are some things we haven't talked about, but we're good."

"Good," Veronica said sincerely. "Oh, hey, are you busy Friday night?"

Bel lifted his eyebrows. "First you ask me if my girlfriend still thinks we're sleeping together, then you ask what my plans are for Friday night?" He snickered a little. "Don't have any big plans yet, why?"

Veronica rolled her eyes. "I'm going out of town with my boyfriend for the weekend," she said, emphasizing the word boyfriend. "I need someone to cover radio for me. Since you had no problem doing that without me asking last time, I figured maybe you could again."

"You'd let me take over the radio willingly?" Bel said. "Sure!"

"If you make any disparaging remarks about me this time, I'll taser you without hesitation," Veronica informed him, smiling sweetly. "But, yeah, it would help a lot if you could cover that for me."

"Me, make disparaging remarks about you?" Bel said, his hand to his chest in mock dismay. "When have I ever done that?"

Veronica just looked at him. "Anyway, I will download the broadcast when I get home, so don't think you can get away with anything."

"Wouldn't dream of it," Bel said. He may have had his fingers crossed behind his back.

"Well thank you. I want to have a worry free weekend and knowing I don't have to worry about radio is a load off my mind," Veronica said.

"No problem," Bel said. "You enjoy the weekend with your boyfriend, leave the radio to me."

Veronica had a feeling in the pit of her stomach like this was going to be a really bad idea, but she decided she just didn't care. After all, there was nothing Bel could do that would be worse than anything anyone else had done.

"Thank," she said again, smiling.

"You're welcome," Bel said, wheels already turning in his mind about how he wanted to do this.
