Yogalaties, Thursday Morning, First floor lobby

Blair bounced nervously as he waited to start class. He had studied up on yoga techniques most of last night and surfed the web to watch yoga instruction videos. Now he was confused about his own lack of leotards and very tired. In the end he finally decided that it was a class of two and there was no need stressing out. Or buying leotards.

He had brought down his comfiest yoga mats and spread them out on the floor, being sure to put rice pillows and candles next to them. Blair finished setting up by turning on soft music and setting out the gym balls.

"Good morning." Blair said seriously, trying to appear instructor-like but continuing to bounce. "I'm happy to take over the yoga class for the last two weeks and I hope we'll have a lot of fun. I'm not sure what you covered in class before now, but feel free to tell me you want to do something different! We're going to focus on relaxation techniques today since, considering all of these hauntings, I figured we could use some."

"So everyone grab a ball and sit on it. Gym balls are a good way to stretch before doing any sort of routine. Plus," Blair grinned widely as he chose a ball to use. "They're really bouncy!"

Phoebe shook her head sadly. "Blair? If I do that, I may fall asleep on you and that would be rude."

Phoebe laughed softly. "Among the people in this school, you are two of the few people I know I can trust not to mess with me or let me be messed with if I fall asleep."

Phoebe decided to take his advice and laid in the position he had shown them and closed her eyes. A few minutes of rest in this calming atmosphere could only help.
