Flight/Piloting club

Alright, guys. Fandom High's piloting/flight club, "To The Black", has a faculty sponsor and is officially in business. We have a surface level transport vehicle, probably used as a police cruiser for prisoner transfer, so it'll have room for everyone in the club on board and will be secure enough once we rig it to break atmo and head offworld. But we'll cover the basics first.

We'll start organizing meetings once our schedules are set and Professor Amidala's able to give us some free time. Sign-up is gonna run until Thursday for anyone else who wants in. The shuttle is near the trees now, but I think we'll be moving it. A willow tree damn near killed me on my way there this morning, then I swear, hand to God, a tree told me to address it as "Treebeard" and asked if I was something called an "orc".

On another subject, do we have a basketball team?

This is gonna be SUCH fun! I've been dying to do a full atmo to space conversion. (I mean, I've worked on both kinds before, back home - and those were mostly junk when I got 'em)

I've got some of the tools I need, but that yu bun duh weight allowance when I came over means that most of it got left at home.

I may be getting a part time job over at Jake's Scrapyard and Garage in town(won't be hearing back until next week though), so if that comes through, I may be able to try and finagle some equipment from him.
