Basketball game, gym -- 1:30 FHT Saturday

The other equipment in the gym has been moved out of the way, and it's finally game day. There are t-shirts for the blue and gold gremlins on each bench and a heavy air of expectation in the air.

Mostly, expectation that something will go horribly wrong. But it's expectation anyhow.

Tyler caught the pass and went for an easy throw to the bsket. The ball bounced off the backboard, but went in.

"GOAL!"

"Bah," John says and takes it out. He dribbles in and looks for an open man. Seeing Cam open, John passes the ball to him.

Cameron took the pass, played himself completely free and took a shot. The ball went straight in and Cameron totally did a booty shake in celebration.

Anders grabbed the ball and took it to the edge of court, almost stumbling on his shoelace as he did. He dribbled the ball onto the court; finding himself blocked by a Gold Gremlin, he tossed it to Tyler.

Unfortunately, Tyler rushed it and shot without lining himself up properly. The ball whiffed through the air almost an inch from the hoop.

The whistle sounded the 10-minute mark.
