Callisto had two lock boxes today, rather than just one. She pointed at the first box. "Shoes."

Then she pointed at the second box. "Now your clothes. Everything except your underwear."

After everyone had removed their clothing and placed it in the box, Callisto continued "If you spend a prolonged period of time in the wilderness, then it is more than likely whatever clothing you were wearing at the time will come under a considerable amount of wear and tear, especially if it wasn't designed for the environment you're in. The results can be… unpleasant to say the least.

"Luckily, it is possible to repair, and even make clothing from items found in the wilderness. Animal skins, some kinds of tree barks, vines, sinew. The possibilities, if not endless, are at least more varied than you'd think. Even luckier for you, I'm not making you hunt and forage for the raw materials.

"I think you can guess the rest of today's lesson. Use the materials I've provided to make garments to replace the ones you were wearing before. I know the equipment might be a primitive compared to what some of you may be used to, all bone needles and stone knives, but well, you'll just have to deal.

"Get to it," Callisto said. "And as an extra incentive, you're not getting your clothes back until next week, so make sure that you put a decent effort into the clothes."

"Nice, hunh?" Parker cocked her head. "Clothes are clothes." She held out her hand. "Mine, please."

"Which part of you're not getting them back didn't you understand?"

Parker narrowed her eyes. "Oh, come *on*. Don't tell me you're making us walk back in these! What the hell else do I have to do? I did the assignment! What do you want, of is this like last week, with the directionless flailing?"

"Blame Cameron."

Parker turned around and started to look for something to throw at Camboy. "Great. Can't I at least have my shoes back? I'm sick of being in pain, Callisto." She found a couple shells, and gave Cam a very considering look, then smiled angelically at Callisto.

"Sure," Callisto said. "If you show that in tomorrow's Art Fair."

Trying to keep his furry potato sack from falling apart around him, Cameron carefully approached Callisto. "Okay. So if this has anything to do with me pissing you off yesterday, maybe you could just keep my clothes and give the others theirs back?"

"I'll think about it."

Cameron wondered how long that thinking process would take her, but he didn't feel brave or clothed enough to ask. "Okay. I'm sorry about yesterday, I shouldn't have pushed so hard and... I was just worried."

"Only reason you're still breathing."

There really wasn't much to say to that. "Thanks."

Callisto shrugged. "If they ask, I might give them back."

Molly ended up with a simple skirt her up by a braided belt made out of strips of one of the skins and a sleeveless top (http://www.spuffyonline.com/cap/displayimage.php?album=22&pos=5).

Alphonse ended up with some clothes that looked to be a little too good from all the assorted items given. Maybe it wasn't noticeable he'd used his 'alternative methods'?

Callisto whistled. ""Nice work."

"Thanks, Cal!" Bridge chirps.

Joxer crossed his arms again.

"Where's my boots?" he demanded. He had managed to cobble together what were some rather ill-fitting animal skin hotpants.
