Anakin, with an expression on his face far too intense for a class about travel, greeted them all in front of Portalocity. "In honor of our new World Cup champions, we've decided to take you to Spain," he began.

Which meant that there was probably a reason your don't-get-lost safety wear were neon running shoes. "Though hopefully they've had a couple of days to wind down from winning and things will be relatively calm." Ahsoka, really? Really?

Anakin, remembering the Tatooine bars after the Boonta Eve classic, looked less convinced. "They might be too hungover to bother us," he conceded.

Look, between one thing and another, the closest Ahsoka had come to engaging in sporting event celebrations was using them as cover for clandestine intelligence meetings. "Or that."

They ushered the class through the portal, then glanced around at where they'd ended up. "...this isn't Spain," Anakin finally said.

There were still a lot of people wearing football jerseys though...

"Welcome to Brazil?" Anakin guessed.

Well, your teachers are making the best of this because they had not prepped for a class in Rio de Janeiro, so please hold in the city square as they ~~pull a couple of tasks from nowhere~~ adjust.

Rey was trying to put her shoes on, except that when she sat down to do so, she was suddenly six years old.

Now the shoes were much too big.

"Oh hey," Arden said, hunkering down next to the suddenly very tiny Rey. "You want a hand with that?"

"I'm okay," tiny suspicious Rey said, before she grew up and... just stood there closing her eyes like she was meditating?

You know what? Arden was just going to join her in meditation. While suddenly just wearing a sports bra.

As one did.

Rey opened her eyes and looked at her in shock, as if something terrible had happened. Maybe it had! Maybe a laundry strike had begun??

Which was a great reason for Arden to pull out her phone and call someone. "Hey, Gray, Fandom's doing a weird thing again. Sorry love you bye."

"I hate days like this,"
Taylor Swift sighed.

"But why?" Arden asked, flirty and with suddenly a lot of visible cleavage.

How dare you, she had a boyfriend!

"Isn't it obvious?" Rey said, annoyed. "You can hardly have a sentence without chaos."

So did she!

And now Arden was going to have to do yoga about all of this. "No, no, I get you," she said with a sigh. "That was a flirty question." She looked pained. "This is the worst."

Good thing they were somewhere warm, because Vi was suddenly very suns out, guns out about everything.

Why was Sairis in this class? He was pretty sure he had deliberately not signed up for it, but here he was.

He had no idea what Spain or Brazil was, so whatever.

In Sand, you have to play footvolley against local professional players, who could not use their hands while you can, and score six points before the pros scored 18, in order to receive their next clue. In Sidewalk, you have to solve a giant geometric slide puzzle derived from the Portuguese pavement style of the Copacabana pavement in order to receive the next clue.

As an adult, Rey was doing pretty well. But halfway through she turned into a six-year-old again, which kind of derailed things.

Yeah, so Arden hadn't switched into anything too weird, which was a relief, but it was still distracting enough that she was having trouble staying focused.

The footvolley game had definitely unlocked Vi's competitive streak, and she ended up putting so much effort into it that after she finally won she was just going to take a little sit down to recover before she kept going.

Puzzles were definitely more Sairis's thing than sports. And nobody had said he couldn't use magic for it! He gestured at the puzzle and moved it around to the proper result quickly.

Charlie probably enjoyed this way to much. She came in first AND she got a bunch of phone numbers.

After you've completed your Detour, you head to the Roadblock! Put on your Carnivale costume and learn the choreography for "Dai Dai". Once you've memorized the steps, perform it for at least five local people on the street. Once you've completed your task, find Anakin and Ahsoka!

Rey, again an adult, put on the costume and started learning, except she became very upset and had to take a minute to go cry.

Honestly, Arden had been doing pretty well at this? Except partway through, she started dancing the samba instead of the choreography. She ended up having a great time, but it it wasn't exactly good for her time.

Vi was surprisingly good at learning the dance, she just kept getting distracted by all the greenery around her.

Sairis put on the outfit, but lost his shirt somewhere. And more importantly, his glasses. He panicked a bit and couldn't learn much of anything quickly.

So Charlie might have been too busy with the flirting portion of her day to finish quickly. Bonus? More numbers.

Anakin and Ahsoka had spent their time while you were all burning calories eating their body weight in brigadeiro and so they might be slightly disappointed to see you turning back up.

We should all be proud of Arden for getting there at all, what with how she turned into a copse of trees for awhile.

Rey was shocked to be as high up as she was, considering. But she made it!

Also Poe was there for some reason.

It was astounding that Vi managed to arrive first, given she's somehow managed to get into a random street-fight with an absolute unit of a woman on the way there.

Sairis had finally found his glasses, thank the gods. He was a bit ruffled, though.
