Detention - 06/10

The Danger Shop, when students enter, looks like a somewhat rough part of an older part of a town. There were a few old cars around, one of which was noticably red - noticably mainly due to the fact that everything was in black and white - including the kids themselves and if the Danger Shop can't do that, then *handwave* now it can - save for a few splashes of color.

Becky was leaning against a wall, a piece of chalk in her hand. Miho was, naturally, nowhere to be found. And she wouldn't be, until she felt the need to be seen. On the wall, in suprisingly neat writing, read:

Alec
Joxer
Walter Dornez
Tyler Durden
Gwynn Hood
Pippi Longstocking
Jamie Madrox
Conner McKnight
Cameron Mitchell
M. Parker
Peter Parker
Peter Pevensie
Nadia Santos
Dawn Summers
Dean Winchester
Sam Winchester

She crossed names off as students filed in.

[OOC: Naturally, OCD is coming up, yay! Also, getting this up now as I? Have not made with the sleepination yet, and neither has Miho's player. Will be responding from about noon EST onwards.

ETA: see availability in Rory's journal back, and my cat is fine. :) Thank you everyone for thinking of me.]

Conner also stuck on SP for a bit facepalmed too. Because handcuffs and this short skirt? No. Just no.

"So, uh," he said in the high-pitched and badly accented voice, "who's puttin' on the cuffs?"

"Flip a coin?"

"Well now, I'm afraid I don't have a coin in this here skirt. No pockets, you know."

Wow, that accent got more painful all the time.

"Oh just cuff me." Jamie said with a groan.

"All right then, ma'am!" Conner proceeded to snap the cuffs onto Jamie's wrists.

"Don't push it," Jamie said with a scowl. "Let's get this over with."

"All right, all right then, ma'am, easy now!" Conner held his hands up and went rummaging around the room for something to pick the lock with. Which was so not his forte. Breaking locks, okay; hoping they mysteriously disappeared was something else he was pretty good at. Not so much with the picking, though.

He'd have been blushing a horrible shade of red if he hadn't been monochrome, but Conner's embarrassment was still very much obvious as he came back with a nerve wheel, a tube of lubricant, and a vibrator. Apparently his last-ditch plan involved hoping he could vibrate the tumblers loose, or something.

He knelt down with the nerve wheel and eyed the sharp spikes on it dubiously, then started to attempt to pick the lock with it. He didn't have a clue what he was doing, though, and anyhow the spikes on the wheel were too close together to let him really get one of them in there.

"Have you ever picked a lock before?" Jamie asked wondering if he could split the handcuffs in half if he duplicated inside them.

"Can't say I ever have." Conner scowled at the nerve wheel as it refused to catch in the lock and spun around instead. "I was always more of a break-it-in-pieces kind of guy, but I don't think that will work here."
