Detention - 06/10

The Danger Shop, when students enter, looks like a somewhat rough part of an older part of a town. There were a few old cars around, one of which was noticably red - noticably mainly due to the fact that everything was in black and white - including the kids themselves and if the Danger Shop can't do that, then *handwave* now it can - save for a few splashes of color.

Becky was leaning against a wall, a piece of chalk in her hand. Miho was, naturally, nowhere to be found. And she wouldn't be, until she felt the need to be seen. On the wall, in suprisingly neat writing, read:

Alec
Joxer
Walter Dornez
Tyler Durden
Gwynn Hood
Pippi Longstocking
Jamie Madrox
Conner McKnight
Cameron Mitchell
M. Parker
Peter Parker
Peter Pevensie
Nadia Santos
Dawn Summers
Dean Winchester
Sam Winchester

She crossed names off as students filed in.

[OOC: Naturally, OCD is coming up, yay! Also, getting this up now as I? Have not made with the sleepination yet, and neither has Miho's player. Will be responding from about noon EST onwards.

ETA: see availability in Rory's journal back, and my cat is fine. :) Thank you everyone for thinking of me.]

There really wasn't much left on the table by the time Conner got to it, and all of it had a distinct lack of red which made him, yeah, pretty sad. He picked through the selections somewhat sullenly and eventually ended up with the cowgirl costume.

. . . well, he'd wanted the cowboy costume but that one was taken.

He'd still be able to affect a godawful accent this way, though. Just in a higher-pitched voice.

"I feel weird," he muttered.

Parker stared. What the hell was there to say to that? "Nice knees, though."

Conner shot her a halfhearted glare and made a hopeless attempt at sashaying around and tipping his hat. "Why, thank you kindly, ma'am," he said in a laughable falsetto.

Peter couldn't help himself. "Howdy, little lady," he said, tipping his hat and using an horrible American accent.

"Yuck it up," Conner told him, still in the high-pitched voice.

Stupid skirt. It was short enough to expose his soccer-shorts tan line, and wow, was he pale above that.
