Archery Workshop #3, 6/6, Danger Shop, Afternoon

The Danger Shop was set up much like it had been the week before: outdoors, targets, bows, quivers, except this time the arrows have the more traditional points on them, as opposed to suction cups. There is no blackboard, as Miho is being optimistic and hopes her students are smart enough to figure out what to do. The sign-in sheet is on a folding table near the entrance.

Miho prowls up and down the line of students, a pad of detention slips and a pen in hand and a tiny, very scary smile on her face. She was initially going to give the whole class detention just for the heck of it, but Goldie said she didn't think teachers were allowed to do that.

Parker's careful with the bow, and has her hair-ribbon on, her chest-protector in place, and gloves on to avoid bowstring cuts. Yes, she's obsessive.

She's not doing badly at aiming, but her fingers slip sometimes.

Miho presented Parker with a detention slip. The reason listed was Attempted employee theft.

"Oh, you have got to be kidding me!" Parker yelled, waving the slip in the air. "Miho! //This is not fair!//"

Miho went very, very calm and very, very still, and she stared at Parker.

Parker fiddled with her bowstring, unfolded the Detention Slip, then carefully said, "//I'm sorry for yelling.//"

Miho nodded acceptance of Parker's apology, then showed her how to correct the problem with her fingers slipping before turning away to move on down the line.

Once her back was turned, she smirked.
