Drama in the Park-a-Rama [Friday, Period One]

There were a number of toy cars on the 'stage' when class arrived. Because someone was inspired by the movie earlier in the week. And neither of the teachers had it in them to deter this artistic vision.

Or they just didn't want to.

"So, apparently there have been some rewrites to the play," Jane said. "And now it involves underground car races."

Her expression was one of 'what can you do?'

"According to our director, your roles are generally the same," including Steve still playing a tiny child. "You're just now all underground racers too. Which means stunt driving."

"Let's get some practice in with the scooters and you can adjust your characterization?" Jane offered. Hopefully.

Or just spend your time crashing. Either worked.

Having not attended the movie this week, Quinn had no idea why the island was suddenly obsessed with racing.

But like. Also, she was not unfamiliar with car chases in general, so. She wasn't complaining. It was kind of nice to flex her driving skills without worrying about murderous assholes chasing her!
