Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day
Good weather had fallen over Fandom this morning, so the picnic conditions were looking fantastic. The bonfire was there for good measure, along with the makings of s'mores, because it was almost truly summer, right?
There was plenty of food, and there were tables and chairs set up all across the lawn with varying degrees of glitter stuck to them. Everything was ready for another welcome picnic!
[OCD-free! Welcome the new folks gently! Or not!]

"Well, I suppose," Ignis drawled in response, his head gaining that particular thoughtful tilt, "that all depends. Would you perhaps be wanting refreshments to be provided for the students, as well? That would also provide an excellent opportunity for me to catch those lectures, should the mood strike me, without having to deal with an official obligations as a student myself."

She leaned in for a kiss. "And, as always, I would love to hear your thoughts, official student or no."

For any purpose, really. But it did also go beyond just getting to cook for people. Cooking for people for Liliana in their home had all the delightfully satisfying layers of an exquisite parfait.
"Or so you say now," he teased. "We'll see how you feel about it once I actually share them."

"Oh, darling, I will be horrifically disappointed if the majority of my classes didn't devolve into a loud debate between people," Liliana said with a slowly curving grin. "Otherwise, that suggests that everyone is choosing the nicest option, rather than the truth and if that happens, I shall have to find ways to make things a little more...visceral."
