Cupcake Wars (Yes, Again), Friday 3/14, 3rd period
“Today is pi day,” Stark said. “Which is a number not a dessert but people eat the dessert but this is not a pie class this is a cupcake class so we won’t be making pies today. But I encourage you to eat pie later. I even brought some tiny pies with me if anyone wants some.”
If not, he knew some people who would probably appreciate them.
“It’s also almost St. Patrick’s Day which is a holiday I still don’t entirely understand but it celebrates someone getting rid of snakes and also being Irish. There’s a lot of green. People eat corned beef but I am not Summer and I did not bring corned beef or cabbage to put in any cupcakes.”
If you wanted to do that on your own time, go ahead. You didn’t have Stark’s blessing to do such a thing but you certainly didn’t need it.
“I did bring green things. So we can have green cupcakes in honor of Monday. Green food coloring, of course, and green fruits, green candies, mint, some herbs if you want to go that route…I think I’ve covered nearly everything but there must br things I haven’t thought of. So, make something green or Irish. Oh. I have irish cream liqueur too.”
Stark waved a hand at all the things set out to be used.
“I think I’ll do something lime and something with the irish cream.”
