Food & Cultural Appreciation, Tuesday Third Period

"All right, guys!" Raiden exclaimed happily, "today we're doing something a little bit different." And Raiden had a Gray-shaped tagalong for some reason. "We're headed to Frankfurt, Germany, and we're not going to be exploring the city and area's food as a whole. Instead, we're going to be exploring the Christmas markets and all the delicious snacks and drinks in it!" Christmas. Christmas would be the reason for the tagalong. "These markets are common in European cities during December, and they sell things like seasonal decorations and toys, along with all sorts of things to eat and drink! You'll definitely want to get some glühwein, or maybe kinderpunsch if you're not feeling the alcohol, and pick up a bratwurst and some stollen, but beyond that there's a whole range of yummy treats, plus maybe you can get some Christmas shopping in while we're there! So let's get going and get in the festive spirit!"

He had not dealt with it with anything even vaguely approaching grace and they both knew it, although more than one brother had assured Arden that this level of whining from Gray about Thanksgiving dinner taking so loooooooooong was par for the course, and even the brothers who would clearly have rather never known even one (1) thing about lady parts had calmly encouraged Bellamy to take as long as he needed to on the subsection titled 'The Clitoris (Show This One To Your Boyfriend)' while Gray slowly melted into a puddle of despair.

It was great! They'd been puddles together! Granted, Arden had been a puddle of embarrassment rather than despair but it had been a real bonding moment!

And she really appreciated how supportive all six of them had been of her education - it was a truly masterful stroke of trolling that manage to encompass her and Gray!

...Oh god, masterful stroke brought her right back to the 'On Manual: The Benefits of Mutual Masturbation' subsection, thanks for exactly nothing, brain. And with a slightly horrified glance at Cal if he were there, it was clear she had not, in fact, shown him any of the presentation.

Gray's eyebrows were saying, You didn't show him the slideshow yet, did you? The part where Cal didn't look traumatized was kind of a dead giveaway, but Bellamy would be so disappointed.

(Fun fact! Bellamy had originally been going to make Cal his own separate presentation, but then Daman had snapped and refused to provide continued tech support.)

Now Arden was staring fixedly at him, trying to telepathically Gray the message Goddess, we've barely gotten to where the slideshow's introduction started!, but, sadly, unofficial adoption hadn't put her on her brothers' mental phone plan.

Great. And now she was glancing at Cal and remembering the presentation and it was possible her entire face was going to combust.

Hey, at least the thing where they occasionally forgot to, you know, talk out loud even when there were other people around hadn't freaked her out completely! Gray was counting that as a win.
