Food Field Trips, Friday 11/8 2nd Period
“Today,” Stark said, “we'll be going to San Francisco to visit the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory. They make fortune cookies there, up to 10,000 of them in a single day. Or maybe 20,000. I saw two different numbers.”
That was so many cookies either way. So many.
“We'll be able to observe the cookie making and cookie folding process. And maybe even add our own fortunes to some.”
“This is a shorter trip than many of the others we've taken, at least the tour part, so if you'd like to wander around Chinatown for a bit there ought to be at least a little time for that. Let's get going, then.”
