Gun Club, noon-through-afternoon, 5/20

Parker opened the Gun Club at noon, and made sure to post the usual rules.

The shooting range is open for your Gun Club needs.

SAFETY RULES:

· TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY WERE LOADED

· KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE

· BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT’S BEYOND

· ALWAYS WEAR HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION

· NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS BEFORE OR WHILE SHOOTING.

· CHECK IN ALL WEAPONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RANGE.

Two days in a row Aeryn's been at the shooting range. She's using the pulse pistol again, firing at the target that won't burn up with the blasts. It's a good target, yes.

Nadia's here. She's got a pistol in her right hand and all the proper safety gear on, and she's firing with a certain single-minded concentration on a paper person-shaped target.

Were the person-shaped target male, he'd probably be exceptionally unhappy should he survive the shots. Is this because Nadia's aim is off and she needs to adjust upwards? Or is she aiming there?

Dean finally made it to the shooting range. He spent his first few minutes there after getting his stash from the weapons locker going over and checking and totally not fondling his guns before picking up his favourite pistol and moving over to the targets to shoot.

This was turning out to be a great day.

Sam fired at the target, then adjusted her ear protection and fired again. She was concentrating hard and may have been picturing a certain archeologist leaving without her on a trip to Egypt.

Yeah, because that always went well.

Bang. Bang. Bang. Nice grouping, chest mass.

She fired again.

Parker's happy to be shooting targets again too.

She's also wondering if getting the Danger Shop up and running would be do-able. Or if they should totally scrap that idea after the robot fiasco.
