Fun Animal Facts, Thursday - 1st Period

Well, there was a squirrel and a porg at the front of the class to start out strong on the whole theme thing. Or maybe Cara had just dragged them over from the radio station. Hard to tell.

"So, as you might be able to tell, this is Fun Animal Facts. A very serious class where... Cara, I think the squirrel is drunk," Jane tried to whisper.

"That squirrel is always drunk," Cara did not bother trying to whisper as Leroy swayed in the non-existent breeze.

Look, Jane wasn't much of a radio person. She didn't get the intricacies of the squirrel relationships.

"Well, to start off this semester, we thought it would be good to give everyone a clear idea of just who gets those notes for radio," Jane said as the little porg intern warbled happily at being included.

"On the one hand you have the intern, who does his job more than adequately." HIgh praise from Cara, and then, in the tones of someone who'd been dealing with them on and off for more than a decade at this point. "And then we have the squirrels."

Leroy found a spot on the desk and just laid down for a nice nap. Helpfully. Oh so helpfully.

"Who... are easily distracted sometimes," Jane said as her cape was being tugged on by Leroy for a blanket.

There were probably a large number of questions being answered here today. "Especially by rum."

"Awww, hey, guys!" Graham was, genuinely, actually always glad to see the radio staff! Even outside of the radio station! "How's it going? Good to see you! And a day early, too, I know." He chuckled a little bit at a chittering. "Oh, you know I can't wait to see those vacation pictures! And how are things with your sister??"

Look, he worked with these guys and was fluent in Sqirrel and was getting better with his Porg again, too, now that he was back! This sort of things was Graham truly in his element.
