Booze Tasting & Drinking Games - Thursday 1st Period

Caritas had been set up the night before for Dean with bottles of Whiskey lined up along with an organized set of glasses. Which included a note from Summer which made Dean chuckle when he read it.

It was a good thing everything was set up too as Dean was not at peak performance and frequently had to cover his mouth as he kept burping quietly into his hand. And each time making a face afterwards.

Once everyone arrived, Dean held up a bottle of whiskey and smiled. “Welcome to booze tasting and drinking games. I’m your host, Dean Winchester, and today’s beverage of choice is whiskey. You drink it and it makes you feel good. Too much and you feel bad. For today’s game we’re playing two truths and a lie. But everyone should drink at least one glass before we start.

Thor had considered his options while waiting for his turn, and when it came he said, speaking slowly and carefully so as not to give any one item more weight than the others, "As a child, I was frightened of storms. My power is also wielded by a duck. My hammer was forged in the heart of a dying star."

"Duck," Dean guessed. And probably wrong. Because Marvel.

"You are correct," Thor said, and took his forfeit shot of whiskey. "Indeed, he is a frog."

Dean immediately tried to supress a belch and failed. He grimaced at the aftertaste of the frog jello shots the night before.

"Wait. Seriously? I was right and there's a frog version of you?"

"Indeed," Thor affirmed. "It is a very long story, which starts with my brother turning me into a frog."

"Loki."

There was a history in that one word reply. "Yeah, I've run into that guy before. And also an angel pretending to be Loki. Honestly he was a lot more fun than the actual Loki."

Thor could hardly fault anyone for having a bad opinion of his brother--he did, most of the time--but, "I cannot imagine why an angel should have impersonated him." Surely they usually had better things to do.

"He was trying to hide from heaven. And that's the short version," Dean said shaking his head.

"And so he impersonated Loki?" Choices. Those were some choices.

"Look he had an argument for it that made no sense but hey, that's life in my world. I guess he wanted to flaunt his power but not be seen by heaven."

Dean shrugged.

"If it helps both he and Loki were both dicks."

"Now that," Thor said, his voice heavy, "I can believe."

Look, that was his brother they were talking about. But also he was dead. But also he was an enormous dick. So it was complicated.

"Is the hammer your--" Navaan didn't know she was making a media reference, she was legitimately asking.

Mjolnir actually had a shorter than usual handle thanks to Loki's interference in its crafting, so if Thor had understood what Navaan was implying he would have gotten entirely the wrong idea about what she was suggesting.

As it was, any innuendo sailed right over his head and he raised an eyebrow at her. "The hammer is mine, yes."

"Eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy," Navaan said, giving him fingerguns. "My dying star's forged a couple of hammers, too."

Yeah, she was just assuming it was all innuendo now.

Thor was just completely missing it all. "Then I suppose you must know that that was true."

"Huh? Oh sure," she said. "Are you saying your power isn't in your...duck?"

It was just gonna keep going on like this.

"Nay," Thor confirmed. "Indeed, he is a frog."

It was a thing.

"That's a weird euphemism," Navaan said, but otherwise seemed unconcerned. Especially since it meant she could drink!

...No, that wasn't how it worked, but also, shut up.
